Lüp Events was recognised as a finalist across four categories at the 2025 Event Tech Awards: Best Onsite Badging and Check-In Solutions, Best Use of Technology for Event Analytics / Data Collection, Best Exhibition Technology, and Best Technology Partnership.

These recognitions reflect more than individual product capabilities. They represent a connected approach to event technology, where registration, check-in, lead capture, data, and partnerships work together as a unified system.

What these placements represent

These four categories span different areas of event delivery: onsite operations, data and analytics, exhibition engagement, and strategic partnerships.

Taken together, they point to something more significant. This is not recognition of standalone tools. It is validation of an integrated platform that supports the full event lifecycle. From high-volume check-in and access control to real-time analytics and exhibitor lead generation, Lüp’s technology connects each stage into a single operational model.

The shift from tools to systems

Traditional event delivery often relies on separate tools — one for registration, another for check-in, another for lead capture, and another for reporting. While functional, this approach creates fragmentation and limits visibility.

Lüp replaces this with a unified ecosystem. Registration flows into check-in. Check-in connects to lead capture. Lead capture feeds into analytics. Post-event engagement closes the loop.

This system approach ensures that data moves in real time, workflows stay aligned, and both organisers and exhibitors operate from a single source of truth.

Lüp’s model is built around continuity. Every stage of the event — before, during, and after — is designed as part of one connected journey.

At Design & Build Week, this meant tracking marketing performance through promo codes, referrals, and UTMs, while capturing onsite engagement through lead scanning and attendance dashboards.

At SXSW Sydney, it meant enabling real-time accreditation, badge printing, and access control across more than 80 venues without bottlenecks.

At One Fine Baby, it meant extending exhibitor engagement beyond the show floor through personalised digital showbags and post-event follow-ups.

Each solution is not standalone. It is part of a system designed to maintain continuity across the entire experience.

Success is no longer defined by individual features or isolated tools. It is defined by how well systems connect operationally, technically, and experientially. Lüp’s approach focuses on building that connection, enabling events to operate with greater precision, insight, and impact.
