Console Guide
1. Sign In to Lüp Console
Head to our Console. To sign in, fill in your email and click "Continue with email".
A one-time verification code will be sent to your email address. Copy that code and use it in the login process to complete your sign-in.
2. Dashboard
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your Dashboard.
Any outstanding tasks or notifications that require your attention will also appear at the top of the dashboard.
3. Users & Badges
Here, you can:
- View registered badges
- Manage badge allocation
- Oversee status of badges
- Create a new badge
- Manage users for Lüp Lead Scanning App
Once a badge has been registered, your colleague will receive an email confirmation with their badge details and the next steps.
4. Lead Scanner Licence
You can view licence allocation here.
Each app user requires a Lead Scanner Licence. You may purchase additional licences if you require more app users than your allocation.
5. Digital Show Bag
The Digital Show Bag allows you to share information about your company, products and services with visitors.
When a visitor scans your badge QR code or one of your Lead Everywhere tags, the information you add here is what will appear in their Digital Show Bag. You can create:
- One listing for your entire stand, or
- Individual listings for each product.
This gives you flexibility to showcase your company and products in the way that works best for you.
6. Create a Listing
Select Create Listing to add your content. You can include:
- Product name
- Overview text
- Photos
- Documents
- Website links
- Social media links
Once you have added your information, use the Live Preview to see exactly how your listing will appear to visitors when they scan your QR code or Lead Everywhere tag.
7. Leads Everywhere Tags
Leads Everywhere allows Exhibitors to have printed QR Codes on their stand for visitors to scan.
- When visitors scan, they are giving their contact information to the exhibitor.
- When visitors scan, they are viewing content curated by the exhibitor on their mobile device.
Exhibitors can have an unlimited number of Leads Everywhere Tags on their booth.
You can create either:
- One listing for your entire stand
- Individual listings for each product.
One tag is included in your stand. Additional tags are at a cost.
8. Your Scans
The Your Scans section allows you to monitor the leads you have captured through the Lüp App. Here, you can:
- View the total number of scans made by your team.
- Review the leads captured through the app.
- Download your leads for further sales or marketing follow-up after the event.
This gives you an easy way to keep track of your lead generation activity and access your captured leads after the event.
Lead Scanner App Guide
1. Download the Lüp app
The Lüp Lead Scanner app turns your team's own mobile phones into lead scanners. Install it on every phone working your stand to maximise your lead scanning opportunity.
In console, navigate to "Download the app" and scan the QR codes to take a shortcut to the app based on the mobile phone type (App Store or Google Play).
2. Select your event
Once you have selected your event, you will see the available survey(s).
In most cases, you will only have one survey available. Select the survey to continue.
3. Scan a Lead
Select Scan Lead.
Your camera will open automatically. Position the visitor’s QR code within the camera frame to scan it.
Once the QR code has been successfully scanned, the visitor’s information will appear on your screen.
4. View Visitor Information & Add Notes
After scanning, you will be able to view the visitor’s information.
You can also add notes about your conversation or any relevant information you would like your team to remember when following up with the lead.
Important: The information is automatically sent to the Lüp Console. The app acts as a bridge for capturing and transferring the information.
The app can also store scan data when there is no internet connection. Once the connection is restored, the information will be automatically transferred to the Lüp Console.
