Leading up to Land Forces, with intense public scrutiny, the organisers needed a robust technological solution to protect attendees and exhibitors while ensuring only authorised individuals could access the venue.

Extensive security measures were deployed, including a significant presence from Victorian Police. Amid heightened tensions, Lüp was tasked with delivering seamless and secure access control that could manage large volumes of visitors efficiently without compromising safety.

The system had to operate flawlessly under pressure, balancing speed, accuracy, and resilience in a complex and sensitive environment whilst still helping Land Forces run a valuable event.

Our online registration captured photo ID with each registration reviewed manually by a private security team via our system. We also ensured verified attendees had received personalised EDM and SMS updates.

At every entry onsite, facial recognition software guaranteed that each scanned badge matched the registrant.

Furthermore, live reporting offered real-time visibility for the Victoria Police to track entries by time, date and location. If a registration was cancelled, their access was instantly revoked.
