On-demand badge & wristband issuance: Attendees received their printed badges in seconds at entry desks, where staff simultaneously distributed tier-specific VIP and speaker wristbands, ensuring a single, fluid check-in point.
Passive attendance tracking: By using the initial badge printing process as the primary check-in mechanism, Lüp tracked overall venue attendance directly at registration, eliminating the need for secondary entry scanning at the main doors.
Stage & session scanning: To manage packed session halls and popular speaker stages, Lüp deployed stage scanning to measure session capacity and track audience interest across specific topics in real time.
